Any role development project will have both expected and unexpected outcomes.  Planning and delivery needs to be fluid, and responsive to changes or new information.  Good governance, good communication and good leadership are key at this stage of any project.  Be prepared for unexpected challenges and look for early solutions rather than letting the project drift off track.
